Meet the Executive Director,
Erin Allen

Erin Allen serves as Executive Director of The Villages. This role reflects a natural intersection of her lifelong exposure
to hospitality, a 15-year career in real estate, and the discipline and leadership shaped during her time as a collegiate golfer at McNeese State University.

Raised on Vancouver Island, Canada, Erin grew up alongside the day-to-day operations of golf resorts and country clubs managed by her parents. Those formative years shaped her understanding of service — not as performance, but as steady leadership, thoughtful preparation, and genuine care for the people being served.

For Erin, leadership is not simply operational — it is relational. The work centers on people, stewardship, and creating a place where independence is honored and community is genuinely felt.
